When did you start blogging?
We started blogging in October 2015 and we are so glad we did. What originally started off as a small hobby has now become a part of our lives and a main focus for us we wouldn’t change it for the world.
Why did you start blogging?
When people ask us this question we can never actually remember the conversation we had around blogging and why we actually decided to bite the bullet and do it. We had just been to stylist live for the day and first created our Instagram account and then the blog followed. We absolutely love our blog and we are so glad we decided to create it we would be lost without it and we often ask ourselves what did we spend our time doing before Three Brits came along!
For people who don’t like fitness, what is the best way they can start introducing it into their life?
We would suggest attending some classes at the gym, classes are great for motivation and also help you learn new techniques in the gym! We would suggest finding a gym that has classes included in the membership otherwise it can be quite expensive. We also love watching fitness YouTube videos and have recently created our own YouTube channel were we regularly post workout videos.
Best things to eat for a healthy snack?
Annie loves peanut butter so she would say peanut butter on rice cakes or apple slices dipped in peanut butter.
Rachel loves a homemade green juice so would whizz one of those up in her Nutri Ninja.
How did you get introduced to fitness?
We properly got into fitness about 2 years ago now, before that we would go to the gym and on a couple of runs but it wasn’t really a main focuses for us. As time has gone on fitness has become a massive part of our life, it is part of our daily routine and really sets us up for the day ahead. If we have ever had a bad day a run or a trip to the gym will always make us feel so much better, its our time to clear our head and just focus on ourselves.
How are you finding vlogging as well as blogging?
Oh my gosh we are loving it! At first we found it really awkward and looking back at our first vlog now we can already see how much more natural we are in front of the camera. We now love that we are able to watch back some of our days because it’s surprising how much you can forget about that day.
Who is your blogging inspiration?
We love Zanna Van Dijk, we think she is great! She is so relatable and her positive energy is contagious.
What are your blogging tips and advice?
Blog about what you love, don’t blog about something because you feel you have to. We write so many lists to help keep us organised, there is so much more to blogging than most people realise. Our to do list can get incredibly long sometimes which can become overwhelming therefore we like to write lists to prioritise our work.
